This lathe was used by a hobbyist to make parts for his classic cars and antique firearms; never used for production. It has been sitting idle for several years, and will need some clean up before going back to work, but it appears to in good condition. It is 3 phase so you will need either a phase converter or a VFD if you do not have 3 phase power. It has some tooling including a KDK tool holder, three and four jaw chucks plus other items I don't recognize. It is located at ground level at a private residence in Pasadena. I estimate the weight at 1500-2000 pounds so it will require professional machinery movers. Have more pictures.
