This is a placeholder for my next journey. Sold my old home last year and have been searching for a piece of dirt. Housing prices are complete insanity, and contractors are charging top dollar, so this will eventually be my new home.
Currently we are waiting on 2 things:
1) Soil Test
2) Survey
Its still pretty heavily covered. I'm sure its going to be a bear to clear.
I'm going to try to keep as many of the large trees as I can, but there is lots of brush that needs to go.

Its a very small lot. 100'x495' but I would say the back half is probably muck so its kind of useless.
I have a 15 foot road/utility easement on the North side, a 15 ditch maintenance easement on the West, and a 35 foot Water Maintenance easement on the South side of the lot. That leaves me with a lot thats 85 feet wide by 180 feet deep, and then I am pretty sure there are setbacks for building.
We can't have the garage doors facing the street, and we must have some stone detail on the front of the house. That's about all I know so far.
I have done several renovations, and I've helped my friend build a garage, so this is going to be an adventure and I'll have to figure it out as I go.
I'll update everyone when something interesting happens.
