Cleaning a tool chest drawer, What is it?

I was organizing one of the drawers in my tool box and came across this thing. I have no idea what it was used for but I am guessing it goes to a Prestone antifreeze jug and is used as a funnel of sorts? Any ideas? I haven't used it in at least 20 years so I totally have forgotten why I even have it.

Works great on a gallon of rv antifreeze when you need to get the antifreeze down the washing machine drain because the trap has frosted up. I know from experience! Lol.

I use it for filling differentials on certain vehicles.
