Cleaning corrosion from PCB

Trying to see if I can get this flashlight working, what's you all's go-to for cleaning corrosion from a PCB?

Anything I can soak it in?

vinegar might work, and a final clean up with isopropyl alcohol. be prepared for bad solder joints by the looks of that
