Cleaning epoxy floor

About 12-15 years ago, I was researching epoxy floors. A fellow forum member contacted me. He worked for a commercial/industrial company that installed epoxy floors. He ended up using that product(name I do not have) and did a great job. The floor is still sold. The part closest to the opening of the garage has dulled. I am doing some other painting in the garage and the floor, especially in that area is getting dull and grimy. Previously, I would just wash out the garage with a mild cleaner. I think I need something more now.

Any thoughts?

Is it dull and grimy, or is it yellowing? Epoxies will yellow over time, especially in areas that see UV exposure.

I think it is some of both. I am aware of the yellowing but I do not think that is all of it
