Since I do not plan on being in my house too much longer, I have decided not to spend the money on epoxy or tile for the floors. I just don't think I can get the money back out of these additions unless the right buyer comes along.

That being said, I would like to do a thorough cleaning of my garage floor. I plan on doing all of the pre-epoxy steps except etching.

Has anyone used a product that they absolutely loved?

Home Depot carries a driveway cleaner called ZEP that works alright for me on bare concrete.

Maybe the Zep to break it loose a little and then pressure wash with a 3500 PSI machine? I gotta imagine there is a secret to this.
