Cleaning grinded workshop floor

Can anyone tell me the best way to ensure the floor is perfectly clean before actually doing the coating process for epoxy? I've finally finished grinding but it seems like no matter how many times I blow air, sweep or vacuum it's still super dusty. I can't just pressure wash because I don't have an overhead door to blow it all out into the driveway. It's more of a workshop than a "garage"

Flood it and vacuum up the wet debris and dust if you want. I've been in business for 31 years and yet to see a perfectly clean floor; no matter the effort I think it is the law of diminishing returns involved. Good luck.
