Cleaning Recs - Sealed Concrete

I'm working on a project right now for my parents cleaning their sealed concrete floor. The floor has leftover paint/texture on it from when the PO built the garage.

I'm using a finger nail brush on the 4" footing below the baseboards and a stiff brush broom for the floor itself. Water alone is not giving me the results I want, but I don't want to damage the sealed concrete floors.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks,
Jon D.

Try "Goof Off". I just used it to remove 30 year old latex paint from a metal cabinet. Don't know what it will do to your sealer, so proceed with caution.

Well, I can tell you from experience today that 3 gallons of undiluted Zep Citrus Degreaser soaking for 3 hours followed by a rotary floor machine won't take the sealer up.......

However, the floor was otherwise spotless. Pulling up lots of stuff the professional steam cleaners couldn't get up.

The Zep did soften the sealer and I'm sure it removed some. But I was being as aggressive as I could and its still there. I'm sure it would hold up fine being diluted/less exposure and without an hour of machining.
