Hopefully this helps someone else too.
I installed new garage floor tile, well long story short I got red spray paint overspray all over the floor (up to 12 feet away). I tried everything, power washer to a point were I thought it would start damaging tile (did not work) tried acetone (dried to quickly just smeared it around), WD40 worked but not well, I even tried graffiti remover the hardware store recommended (no dice, WD40 worked better). At the end of the day, paint thiner worked best and cleaned up the mess with minimal scrubbing. The tile I put down is the type that allows water to flow through it, lots of knooks and crannies to clean and the thiner did a great job.
Figured I would pass this otherwise common sense info along. An Internet search had every product other then paint thinner as the best option for plastic, well the cheapest was by far the best.
