cleaning the cement pad

i just finished mudding and painting the garage. The floor is a mess, what can you use to clean off the paint(water washable but stuck on pretty good)and left over mud. I have already scrapped off the big chuncks.

Floor buffer with black abrasive pad and some water. Worked for me.

anybody have any other ideas, as i dont have or can get a floor buffer.
