Cleaning the evaporator coil

I recently purchased a used air handler and condensor to install in my shop. I cleaned the exterior of the evaporator but I'm concerned about the internal lines (they weren't capped when I picked the unit up). The exterior had several dirt dobber nest around the electrical components.

The condensor lines were capped, so I don't expect any issues with those lines.

I'll have the tech purge/vacuum the lines prior to servicing the unit with freon, but is there a way to "blow out" the evaporator lines just to make sure there's no large debris left in the lines prior to attaching the line set?

If it's my unit, I will buy a flush kit, suction line and liquid line filters from any hvac supply house. Open the metering device on the liquid line going to the evaporator, save the metering device and the sealing ring and put them in a plastic bag, then flush the evaporator.
How about the line set, are they new or used and left open to the elements?

The line set will be new.
