Cleaning up Garage Lip Drip

Hello All,
A year ago, I finished up laying down epoxy on my garage floor. Needless to say, I am not a professional and the amount of drip that I have/had at the lip of my garage floor is...well...amateur hour...

What is the best way to go about cleaning this up?

I was told that an angle grinder should suffice to get the job done. I do have an angle grinder with a single attachment. Is there a better attachment more well suited for this task? I noticed when grinding at the floor with my current attachment, it leaves rather large gashes in the floor. That could honestly be my technique, let me know.

A heavy duty aluminum oxide sanding pad for metal could help. Pads for wood are prettty worthless on epoxy

A variable speed grinder on low speed gives you a lot more control. If you don't have that feature, you just have to be super careful!
