cleaning up tool box

i just recently inharited a snapon tool box and am trying to figure out the best way to clean all the dirt and grime off it

simple green?

Oven cleaner on the inside. Foaming engine cleaner on the outside. Oven cleaner gets off all that grime that has been on forever.

That box is not that bad. Try some Dawn and hot water.

Simple Green and water. 50/50 mix. Then hit it with some Nu Finish Wax.

Amen! You can try WD40 as well as Simple Green.
