Clear coat choices

Looking for choices for a clear coat to go over a oil based stain. Just to give it a "shine". Ideas? I want to keep it fairly economical I have 1800 sq ft.

This is concrete or wood?

Sorry my bad, it is a Silicone Acrylic Concrete Sealer solid color.
