Clear concrete coating, what did you use?

I finished the build of my 30x50 this fall. The exterior is complete but the interior is not. Currently it’s empty waiting for warmer weather (to do the floor) and finish the inside. Pex tubes are in the slab for future radiant floor heat. And I plan to do automotive work and metal fab in the space. I will put down welding blankets when doing metal work.

I have considered MMA, NohrS, SPGX, Clear Epoxy, as well as others. I will most likely stain before clear.

What did you use and how is it holding up. Pics would be great. :thumbup:

Clear epoxies can yellow over time if exposed to sun, even those with UV inhibitors. If you want a clear coating, then best to stick with a polyurea or polyaspartic as they won't yellow. Our SPGX or Spartactote that we carry both won't yellow.

The garage floor was just straight clear polyurea.https://www.garageflooringllc.com/polyurea-garage-floor-coating/ in the kitchen they used a stain purchased elsewhere first.
