Clear Epoxy as a topcoat, Non-UV

Should anyone recommend you topcoat your garage floor with a clear epoxy, this is what you can expect in short order. There are high-quality UV resistant epoxies designed for topcoat use and what you see below is not one of them.

If possible stick with polyurea, polyaspartic or urethane for your topcoat.

Also... notice the apron, same problem only worse. This customer will be using our HD6600MMA to repair his apron (breathable), HD Epoxy Coating for the floor and Nohr-S Polyurea as his new topcoat.

When the correct products are selected and used, this is not an issue. Even pigmented urethanes can die outside from moisture more than UV.
