Clear on VCT

I preface this with I have searched the forum.

What clear (not wax) has been used over VCT?

If you used aggregate what was it and where did you purchase it?

I just ordered VCT samples, in my order I included safety zone tiles.

Wolverine has been used and recommended dozens of times, talk to alphagarage on here. That should just about solve any issues you might have. I may do it someday but for now, I stick with cleaning and polishing.

I am also very interested in VCT. However, our part of CT spreads tons of sand on the roads during the winter months and our daily drivers bring it into the garage. I'm constantly sweeping it out! I'm concerned that this "sand grinding" will ruin any floor I put down! It certainly will scratch up the VCT - and I've seen what it does to epoxy! I don't know!

Thing is, I also consider ever single angle in choosing the floor. Bottom line for me is to make a decision.

I will choose the solution that comes in closest to 1.00/ SF. I have 1230 sf to cover.
