Clear sealer for trowel machine finished concrete.

Just looking for a clear sealer to help with oil and grease. I do not want anything that will burn or show torch marks.

I do a lot of cutting and welding and do not think epoxy/urethane/paint is going to hold up.

If it's highly troweled and has a sheen a StainGuard is appropriate. This coupled with a burnishing will produce a nice barrier to stains.
If just troweled and want some more protection a Densifier/waterproofer is a good choice.

Both are not topical.
