Clearcoat in Canada

New member here, just finished applying epoxy on my garage floor.

I am from Toronto, Canada, and I am wondering if I would like to have the gloss finish and apply the high gloss clear coat, is it suitable for the winter? Is it very slippery in the winter times when the floor is wet from the snow underneath the car?

If you can't afford Athabasca oil sands then go with Scotty's recommendation of Ottawa sands. Kidding aside, if you are worried about slip resistance you can broadcast or integrally mix aluminium oxide.

I'm a Canadian expat. I don't believe anything I read in Macleans, The Globe and Mail or see on CBC (unless it's Don Cherry).
