Hey Guys,

The team at Omega Technologies is currently in the process of developing new Cleco Fastener Kits especially for Automotive Fabrication/General Fabrication.

Are there any specific sizes or types of Clecos that you are looking for in a Cleco Kit? We currently stock Plier-Operated, Wing-Nut, Hex-Nut & Cylindrical Body Clecos as well as Side-Grip Clamps, Cleco Pliers & Cleco Hand Tools. We also have a new Super Side-Grip Clamp that provides 70% more clamping power than a regular Side-Grip Clamp.

All suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I have a large assortment of Clecos from my days as an aircraft mechanic and use them in hot rod building. I find that 1/8th inch is the sixe I use the most when doing floor pans etc. They are invaluable to me,others might have their own opinions.I will check your website for prices as I can always use more.

I don't know if you do any manufacturing but every seam maker/hole pinch I've used has the hole stupidly offset instead of centered, which means the punched holes do not match on overlapped panels. A simple spacer is needed. If you sell the crimper, sell a spacer. Not entirely cleco related, but required for correct cleco placement on lapped panels. (or I'm just using it all wrong and they do line up perfectly, just not for me and my use)

Other than that, a well written description of what clecos do and a base base kit of pliers and five units and one clamp would do you well. Entry level is the key. Experienced guys have resources and you'll only get their business on pricing. Too many perfectly good but dated aircraft industry clecos out there to expect a profit made on existing users.

Hey ''Ducksface'',

Thank you for the feedback. Is there anyway you can send us a photo or post a photo of the spacer or the work you do? We might be able to provide a solution.
