I just had a "Why didn't I think of that?" moment. This is just so quick and simple versus building racks. Not mine, but very cool.

I think I would hate this.

I think it would close the garage off / make it feel smaller.

I think it would make the garage darker.

I think I would forget what is in there (even if the box was labeled).

For me, I would rather have the stuff stacked in the attic.

Grumpy- good points.

I'm not really fond of the execution, its pretty claustrophobic. But, it doesn't look like this guy's garage is a working one. looks like he wanted to find a way to completely stuff his garage with **** and still fit his car inside.

Great idea, though. The possibilities are endless, there are plastic bins in pretty much any size and shape imaginable. I'd like to see a shallower bin placed above the open garage door.

That type of storage might be good above the garage door opening, as opposed to building a shelf or hanging a rack. You can use bins that are more shallow if space is tight. It's a decent idea, as proven by the several threads that were made about it.
