Going for the old technology here!!
I need to repair a flat belt on a small lathe. I dug around and found some old carded Clipper belt lacers that are identified as, "0 Galv. Clipper". I checked the current Flexco-Clipper Hook Selection Guide but it does not list a size "0" clip. Does anyone know what range of belt thicknesses this size "0" clip will fit?0-Galv Clipper.JPG

I have a friend that's big into the old gas engines and all the sorted "tools" that these engines drive, all by belting. He has a belt "lacer" and if you hit a dead end here, look for an old engine club or forum. They'll have your answer.
