Close up pic of rectified tile joints

Love the tile concept but I'm concerned about creeper wheels etc getting caught. Does anyone have some close up pics of the joints please? Should I be concerned?

I think you are over thinking it. Keep joints to 1/8 or less and the grout high n the joints, I.E. don't over sponge it. Im laying 1000sq ft and expect no problems like that.
