I got this weird closet with curved walls from the stairs and trying to figure out how I can put shelves in. Do they make shelves for curved walls? If you guys have some ideas or suggestions I'd really appreciate it.
Make a paper template on the floor .. transfer to plywood.
If you have some masonite -- that's a good transfer to make from the paper and test fit.
use the masonite to lay out the plywood
Keep in mind that for the shelf's front and back to be parallel, they need to follow concentric circles, so they will not be the same curvature.
A template is an option. I'd probably do my layout with a trammel, if I could figure out the radius. Keep in mind that for the shelf's front and back to be parallel, they need to follow concentric circles, so they will not be the same curvature.
For small templates, I really like the cardboard that cereal boxes are made from, but corrugated coardboard will be better that this scale. Countertop guys often use popsicle sticks and hot glue. There are many options.
