Closing Pandoras Box, a bathroom reconstruction

I originally posted in the free parking before I realized the scope of what I had gotten myself into. Some background, Sister in law called asking if I could fix a leaking toilet. The house is over 100 years old. The bathroom addition is probably close to that age too. She lives in a small farming community 100 miles away from where I live. The closest building supply store is an hour round trip. She has fibromyalgia and takes care of her parents who live in the house with her plus works full time so I don't mind occasionaly helping out with yard work and basic maintenance.
The logs were not secured to any sort of foundation or footing in fact the end nearest the house was resting on the plumbing.
I dug holes and used sono tubes to make piers to support the floor joists.
While trying to undo a pipe fitting, the pipe snapped at a point 6' under the house (another days work) to repair and install Pex tubing and shower control.
I used 3/4 plywood for the floor.
I am not a builder and made it up as I went along. (I spent a lot of evenings in the hotel room watching You Tube how to videos)
Any constructive / instructive criticism is welcome.

We ended up renting a hotel room, using a weeks vacation and working until well into each night for a week to get this done.
On Friday my wife brought me into the laundry room which is also part of this same addition and said watch this as she pushed up on the ceiling and it moved 6"! At which point I quickly removed her from the room and shut the door and told her don't say another word.

That is very nice. I have done a lot of remodeling but never want to work on a house that old. That looked like a huge mess. Great work.

We've all seen what you can do with a rotted floor. Let's see what you can do with a rotted ceiling!

Wow, you're an awesome person for helping those people out. It's kinda frustrating dealing with sloppy half *** work done by previous people who worked on that house in the past.

Only way to learn is to do, and you learned a lot and it turned out beautiful.
