Club Car refurbish

Got a great deal on it 2003 club car 48 volt golf cart. After review, the lift kit was not completely installed which caused the frame to crack at some of the welds. The seats were all torn and the wood was rotted. The 6 batteries were hanging down because the aluminum framing was corroded.
Removed the body and repaired the cracked joints and corrected the lift kit “S” brackets. Replaced the battery frame and cables. Fabricated new seat wood and installed new seat upholstery.
This was a fun project.

what size tires are those?
what was wrong with the Z brackets that made the frame crack?
Ive often wondered why the Z brackets didnt use 4 plates instead of just 2.
Ive been thinking of using something other than plywood for the seat bottom,
maybe a dense thick plastic that can still be stapled to?
