C'man 149.23628 planer/jointer bearing?

As stated, my Craftsman 6 1/8" planer/jointer needs new bearings. I got the old ones out with a hammer. However, the way this thing is built I'm wondering what the best way is to put the new bearings in.

Anyone have one or have an idea of what works best?
