Cman Chest Differences?

Can anyone determine the differences between the following two chests?

Without seeing them together, no. One may be US made and the other made in Mexico who knows. Different source dates and vendors possibly. There's no rhyme or reason as to why identical Sears items have different numbers and vary in prices. It trully is a mystery.

One of them says assembly may be required under the installation and the other doesn't?

I saw one in the new holiday catalog and the other on the site.

What I'm thinking is that one is usually in-stock at stores, and other is intended for shipping-only orders.

This isn't the first time that I've seen price discrepancies between seemingly similar products. The one that's on sale isn't always on sale - maybe Sears intends for people to buy it full-price sometimes which would result in a higher profit to compensate for extra costs associated with selling it via retail store locations.
