This might be a good buy if you have a local store that you know has an old USA made set in stock.

I don't see an option to order online, and I'm pretty sure I bought these same wrenches a few years ago and the China stock was starting to come in then so I wouldn't try anyway.

Agreed. If they're simply changing the COO on an existing tool, then they usually keep the same model number. So the old product webpage (with all the old customer reviews) remains on the site.

$23 sounds about right for that wrench set.. I couldn't imagine paying the full price of $60...

There are not wrench sets around here that are USA, everything is China. All ratchets are China. About the only left for USA around here is some socket singles, and those are disappearing fast.

Unless you had a lot of sears points, I think I'd go for this 7-piece NAPA Professional long-pattern set for $10 + shipping instead. Made by Danaher in Taiwan.

I have been wanting a set of extra long wrenches and was all ready to buy them at this price, but what set doesn't have a 17mm? That's the main one I need.
