Just found that on the outlet store, same as above but $4 cheaper. The other units are more expensive.

Same as regular Craftsman. I highly doubt those impacts are Industrial.

Im pretty sure they are industrial. The pic shows industrial sockets (look really close at the big guy on the left) and the parts list of included items has "Industrial" letterhead. Could be the pic is wrong (which is the case on some other stuff for sure), but the parts lists are usually accurate. There are a couple industrial wrench sets also listed on sears.com for half off.
Im also thinking that the reason they are listed as "professional use" is because Grainger is supposed to have an agreement to exclusively sell Industrial branded tools. If thats the case Sears selling them as industrial would be a no-no. That would also explain why Sears Outlet does not mention "industrial" on any of the product pages for the tools they are selling.

I'm going to go ahead and order a set, mainly because I want the 3/8" SAE deeps that I currently have no use for.
It looks like Craftsman industrial sockets are in fact different, at least in the stamping.

They're gone now, but they were part of the "Professional Use" tools recently listed on Sears.com.

they were also on sale with the sockets sets. from the link you couldn't tell if they were pro or industrial or whatever, but for $50 all-in, i thought it was worth the risk. they move a lot of 3/8" sockets, but not so many the oddball sets, so chances are pretty good the oddballs are still old stock. and i "needed" them.

Well that stinks. I just noticed the Pro link yesterday. Even worse is that someone stole my Pro pliers and I've been looking to replace them for a long time with no luck. I saw them on the Pro link but they were already sold out by the time I noticed they were there. doh!
