Sell your Cman stuff already and buy something else. If Cman tools are that much of a disappointment, get rid of them so you aren't constantly wasting your energy on them.
But if everyone did that, they couldn't complain and act like they're a victim of some global conspiracy...

Look into the deal on the 60 tooth thin profile 3 piece craftsman ratchet sets. Been on hot deal index all week. Sorry dont have a link. Maybe someone can help. That would probably solve your problem at an economical price.

I'm sorry my tools bother you that much. I've had these ratchets for twenty years and haven't had any real problem with them. They've served their purpose but aren't that smooth. I thought this was a forum where people enjoy helping each other tweek their stuff and share other wisdom they've learned over the years.

Normally it is,
but there are a few.................well, you know the type. If it ain't what they got, it ain't worth havin. Like you, i still have Craftsman tools i've been using for 25 years, and for the money i think they are just fine. Hey man, don't let a few "holier than thou" ruin your experience here. It's really a great forum.

Your tools don't bother me. Matter of fact I'm a Craftsman user.
It is a forum for folks to help each other.
It's also a dumping ground and complaint central for tool brands. There's an anti-Craftsman bandwagon that rolls around very often. Between this post and your other about the OE of the RP wrenches they make you sound like you're on that wagon. I figured it would help you to suggest dumping the tools your not happy with and get ones that work better for you.

Point taken. Sorry if I am not making good communication in my posts. I'm a craftsman Guy myself. I consider craftsman to be the ONLY option between junk and truck brand. I've ranted ìn other posts about craftsman but my hostility is with Sears. Sears IMHO is taking an icon and destroying it by whoring out production.
