Coat floor before installing lift?

I am planning on epoxy coating my garage floor, and was curious as to the order in which I should do this. Should I install my two post lift on the bare concrete, and coat around it, or coat the entire floor, and wait to install the lift till after it is completely cured? Thanks.

I'd wait until afterwards and just tape off the base of the lift. One slip of a heavy *** lift part when it is being installed and it may mess up the floor.
