Coating an auto shop floor

Hello!

I'm wanting to put a polyurea/polyaspartic system down in my auto shop. As far as I can tell, there hasn't ever been any coating system installed on the floor. The floor has a fair amount of spalling and chips, and most certainly has been covered in automotive fluids for a long time.

What should my process look like? What should I use to prep the floor?

I am also a Benjamin Moore dealer, so I'm thinking about using the Corotech V530/V531 quick cure system with full flake coverage. I plan to clean the floor, repair the damage, then grind. How long do I need to let the floor dry? Is there any way to patch holes from previous car lifts?

Thanks!

Since you’re a distributor, the most qualified person to address your questions is the Manufacture. I would start there.
