I recently bought a new house, well, new to us, the attached garage has very poor concrete, I think the guy that poured and finished it was either on meth or drunk, so I'm either going to put plastic tiles or tiles, but the detached garage (800 sqft) is only 10 years old and it in great condition, only one 3 ft crack. I'm thinking epoxy but plain, light color no sprinkles/paint chips, just wondering which was the most cost effective way to go and I was was hoping for some advise. Below is some info that will help.

Florida.
Will have AC, only when I us it.
Very smooth but I will diamond finish.
Will have two post lift.
Basic car detailing and maintenance.

Thanks in advance

Lowest cost, easy to apply would be our SPGX available in clear or pigmented. Lots of satisfied GJ customers have used it.
