Coats 1050 problems

I recently picked up a Coats 1050 balancer as a known non-functioning unit assuming I could fix it and have a working machine for less than I could buy a used one for. When I took off the weight tray and metal guard to investigate, I found a blown motor control board. I was reading the instructions for installing the single phase converter (which was included and visibly never installed) and it mentioned the green connector with the black, red, and white leads closest to the edge of the board and the green connector with the jumper near the center of the board... As you can see, mine are not in that sequence. I’m wondering if anyone has or is willing to open their unit up to see if theirs is wired in this configuration or if it’s as the converter instructions say. I’m guessing someone switched the connections and blew the board. The other problem I have is locating a board - part number 113903. I’d be willing to wire it in if I could find one for a reasonable price. I’m assuming with a properly wired board, it would work fine. Thanks in advance for any help guys!
