Coats 20 20

Hi everyone I just purchased a coats 20 20 tire machine. It works great not a single leak (now) but I'm not sure the upper bead breaker arm is installed correctly. It binds on the bolt. If anyone has one can they take a picture down inside where it connects so I can see how it's supposed to be. There are 2 sets of bolt holes but one bolt. I'm a little confused how it's supposed to be attached. Thank you in advance for your help.

The arm on the 2020 is a little different but thank you! Ill try to take picture of it later. Maybe the way its is now is how it is suppose to be. It works just seems strange that the arm would just flop around in there
