I have one of these and it's really darn bright but the magnet is weak on it because of the weight of AAA batteries. It can't hold itself horizontally.

Whatcha guys got?
Specifically looking for COB chipsets because they are Hella bright <<< remember that overused Y2K word :lol:

Doesn't have to be pocket size, if not, flex base with an awesome magnet

As a DIY and having a disorganized garage I use a large Mag lite flashlight if I can find it, 90% of the time I use my phones flashlight, which is quite bright for what it is.

That's strange. I have two like you from CAT, and one from Red. I have no problems with the Red version holding completely horizontal with the magnet. I gave the CAT one as a gift so I can't test it at the moment.

I have the Snap-On red puck light and can't say enough good things about it. That magnetic holder works so good. I use it for every job.
