They've been around for a long time I believe, but that's only based on seeing their ad's in the Lancaster Farming newspaper for as long as I can remember. That's the only input I have.
Understanding what you want and expect is key for both sides.
There will be details that you've not thought about and I'd suggest that you spend the time looking at some of their completed buildings unless you only want a bare bones typical "ag" building.
Like any "relationship", you get out of it what you put into it even if it's just a short term relationship.
