When Insulation Contact (IC) cans get drywalled into the ceiling - how do the no longer accessible junction boxes qualify?

I understand concealed junction boxes are disallowed.

Because they are "accessible" when the can is removed from the housing, there are 3 screws that hold the can in place & are visible from the floor when installed in a normal height ceiling. Access to the J-box is not easy but it is accessible.

Got it - so in a spray foam insulation that explains the prewrap with fiberglass.

They are considered accessible when you don't have to remove part of the building or structure to gain access.

Yep,the code say accessible-not easy,comfortable or convenient,especially when it comes time to replace a 4" MR16 potlight transformer...
