Hi,
New to this group and am learning so much about flooring. Has anyone used Cohills Metal Epoxy. Searched it here and only saw about the clear. Keep up the great posts....:thumbup:

Are you talking about the Reflector Enhancer metallic additives you add to clear epoxy? There are a lot of companies jumping on board with these types of products. Most are using a finely ground mica. Yes, they will do the job but will not give you the depth and vibrance of what the Elite Crete Systems products will produce. Really cool stuff. You should check them out.

This day and age there are many Companies who offer that type of coloring for their epoxies. Some use there standard epoxy and sell you pigments. Other Companies sell it pre-pigmented and then there are a few that reformulate there epoxy to have less surface tension and longer work-ability and sell you designer pigments apart.

These systems can be applied in numerous ways to create different effects. You can go from mild to wild. Between color and application method, there are boundless looks you can achieve.

I'm really surpised no one here that I can recall has tried a diy hand at Metallix or the other analogous products discussed above
