I had the HVAC guys out recently. Our R22 unit isn't too efficient but it's still working so...
One of the things we talked about was the coil fan motor replacement I did. I had bent the old blade due to lack of a larger 3-jaw puller.
He said the tool he uses to remove the fan blade goes in between the motor and the fan blade and kind of expands to push the blade off? I couldn't tell if he was talking about one that works like a pair of panel clip lift-off type pliers or something else.
Can any of the HVAC guys fill me in on what the tool is?
