Going to replace my current hodge podge of couplers and plugs for my air needs. Spoke to a sales rep at the east headquarters today that was very helpful in setting me up with model numbers and prices based on the intended setup. Everything I need is USA made though I believe some of their products are outsourced.

Have you tried these products? Seems like good quality but might be more pricey than Milton, which is the other option.

I believe I have their rebranded air hose setup from PowerTank. If it is, it's top notch quality. I've treated the hose very badly for about a year now, had it (unknowingly) kinked under a 120lb toolbox for weeks, vibrating in my truck box and never even showed a scratch.

I am biased to Coilhose as I am their rep in NorCal. I know at my end we are competitive with Milton. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask. Their Polyurethane straight air hose and their coils are the originals in the market and the standard to which others try to match. They were the inventors of the recoil air hose hence the company name.

BTW,

I used to sell Powertank all of their hose. They took most of that offshore to China. I am working to get it back.

I like the "Typhoon" blow gun by C.P.
It flows an amazing amount of air. I can blow leaves off of the driveway 20 foot away.
I have two of these guns, one with no extension and one with the 36" extension.

I changed all of my fittings years ago to the 3/8" industrial body from the more common 1/4" body. They are still available with the common 1/4" NPT, but the bore of the fitting is much larger for more flow.

Forgot to mention. My couplers are Prevost, think that is spelled right, have been very happy with them. The ones I got have a button on the side of the coupler to release them, very slick.

I Stock Coilhose products. Regulators, filters, oilers, etc. Their couplers are outstanding! There is nothing on the market IMO, that compares to their couplers and filters, regs and oilers. I sell tons of this stuff to the natural gas industry in my area and I can say proudly that they are excellent quality. As for Milton, I cannot take anything away from them either. Before we went to coilhose 11 years ago, We sold milton exclusively. Their Air chucks I still sell with no hesitation to truck service shops.

I'm a maintenance mechanic for a stainless tube plant and we have tried many different brands of pneumatic products. We found coilhoae to be the best and have.migrated everything to coilhose. As for price I know there a little more pricey but I believe that is made up for by the quality.

I use nothing but coilhose "megaflow" couplers at home and work. At work, They are abused professionally in an industrial manufacturing finishing department. They get used many, many times per day with nothing but pure abuse. They hold up better then ANY other coupler Ive seen. (including Milton)

They also flow outstandingly. We use them on industrial IR and Dynabrade polishers that require 27+ cfm at load and they flow great even at that volume.

My favorite part about them is the megaflow couplers fit ALL style fittings.

My only complaint is they tend to get tight after time. At times they can be hard to remove/attach a tool to them. Generally, a good spray of WD40 solves this.

Rodm1 - Coilhose makes their Polyurethane hose in Oregon and in New Jersey.

Pro-painter - a lot of the time when the couplers and plugs get sticky it is because the plugs are screwed directly into the port of an impact gun, scaler, or air hammer. The use of a hose whip before the coupler and plug will eliminate the problem.
