Ok i was given a coin operated air compressor. The electronics where all junk. I have another coin counter/timer module I want to use. I just have no clue how to hook it up.

The coin slot switch is just a micro switch with NC/NO contacts. The coin counter/timer module I have will be use to controll a solid state relay to turn on the air compressor. Will also add a timer later on to shut the compressor off after a few mins.

The coin counter/timer module I have is this one. http://www.infitec.com/series/pdf/74c682be3e11cb3a8de62db060ef7f43.pdf

This will all be 24vac.

I am quite puzzled at the idea of a coin counter on a compressor....

Make sure u set the timer to shut off AFTER the pressure switch shuts off the motor....

Whats the HP rating on the comp?

Of course.

A gas station compressor...

I was thinking of a fullsize 5HP compressor...

those arent good for anything more than filling tires.

What do u plan on doing with it?

Won't work. Big money loser.
Around here the larger stations are giving away free air.
They are thinning out the competition.
So save yourself some grief and ship it to me.
My wife would love to have me put that in her front flower garden.
