HELLO every body,I have question about my air condition system in the house,which was working totally fine untill my roommate turnoff the a/c brecker.After that only air come out the vents (not cold ).I did several things which is 1=check the brecker for voltage which is 245v 2=Electricty coming to the condeser outside 3=THE fan run but i have to spin it with my hand one or two time then it will run for like 2minte and than stop 3=I checked compresser with hand it hot i think it mean its good 4=Checked coils they are not cold and the the pipe coming from outside (condenser)to the house is not cold 5=The unit inside the house is working. Any help will be appreciate it GOD BLESS

Do not know what your experience with these were for sure?! Any other questions I will be glad to help.I have replaced hundreds of capacitors this summer!!!!
