My wife has her workshop in the basement and the floor is cold. I just took out the vinyl and was looking for a way to insulate it a bit. Anyone have any experience with this product?

I just watched this again, sorry about all the hype covering the facts!!

or this:

I can get the Delta at Lowe's for $160 for a 5' X 65' roll plus the cost of OSB or plywood. The Barricade 2' X 2' tiles are $8.50 ea and don't need anything more.

The room I'm doing is approx 12 X 26.

Any input is greatly appreciated!

I used to do some work at a bench in the basement. I got a piece of 3/4 inch Dow board and put it under the bench where my feet would be resting, and it did the trick for less than $5. It would not hold up to traffic, but it worked well for my purpose.
