Cold Temp Garage Patch

I need to patch a small area about 4x2x1 inches in order to repair an exterior wall. I wanted to use HD-110 from Legacy but that product requires cure temps above 55F.

Any alternatives?

One question - the garage is heated and has some spalling I would like to correct. If I get the Cooler formula could I use the excess to inside where it will be warmer around 55F?

It kicks very fast in warmer temps.
The cooler product would be ok but the freezer formulation is a no-go.
