i just noticed that site is no longer available......the message states " if you are the owner contact billing/support department" i know frank has lost interest in the site and it's not the most accurate but i know i'll miss not being able to access it.

You could always offer to pay the hosting fees and take over the site. The internet is only free to the people that surf. Someone else pays for you to play...

yes i know that the site owner pays, i guess the question is how much? my former employers site was $25 a month so it may be a worthwhile venture for a collector. i don't think it's a deal for me though since i'm just a buyer at this time. it's just a resource i think many of us will miss!

Most isp's give you free server space (X gigabytes of hard drive space) to host a site on; typically not extra over the cost of your monthly internet access bill...
