At work I have a 6" Columbia Vise. The Acme thread is damaged and so is the nut part. The model number for the vise is 606m2-2. I am looking online for parts for it. I dont want to see it get scrapped out. We found an identical model in an abandonned work shop but i still would like to get this one fixed.
The parts look very simialer to these. The measurements are different though and I have not checked but the Acme thread might be different size too. For instance the male thread is correct lenght but the thread would need to go down to about 5". The female thead what I would call the nut is about an 1" bigger in every direction.

The only problem with the threads is they are boogered up. It looks like somebody over tightened the vise. About 15 people and two shifts use this vise. I would like to get this vise fixed but if I cant find parts i will have to scrap it because we have no place to store it.
Thanks Chad
