Columbia Vise Dating Help!

Hi there, recently picked up a 5” Columbia/Cleveland vise and can’t find any info on how to date it. Markings are D45 M3 and D45-3B on the underside.

Don't waste flowers on a vise, just bring it some blo(boiled linseed oil)
