Interesting. The bushing on my 505 is steel.

I know this is an old thread, although I am restoring my grandfathers Columbian 504 vise. Was wondering if anyone knew where to source one of these from? seems that the wings/flanges have broken off

any help would greatly be appreciated

What is the internal diameter and the estimated maximum width?

internal 25mm

the overall measurement doesn't include the wings as mine have broken off
