Image of the screw bushing. It appears to be made of steel fused to copper or bronze. It does not appear to be bronze in total.

I know this is an old thread, although I am restoring my grandfathers Columbian 504 vise. Was wondering if anyone knew where to source one of these from? seems that the wings/flanges have broken off

any help would greatly be appreciated

thanks
Sam
